ISLAMABAD, Aug 31: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended the date for filing of withholding statements till Sept 30.
An official announcement issued on Saturday said no adverse action would be taken in cases where statements were due on Aug 31.
The extension in filing of withholding statement was taken following several representations from withholding agents, who faced difficulties in e-filing of withholding tax statements.
