PHF to hire foreign trainer
KARACHI, Aug 25: The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) is set to hire the services of a foreign trainer to prepare the team for the Champions Trophy to be held in Lahore during December.
“We are looking for a good European trainer to prepare the Pakistan squad for the big event,” PHF Secretary Khalid Mahmood told reporters on Saturday.
“We are fully aware of the importance of a good trainer to bring out the best of the team in this modern era of sports,” he added.—Agencies
