MIRPURKHAS, Aug 25: Raju Bheel, an accused arrested in the Mannu Bheel case, was produced before the court of civil judge and judicial magistrate Digri on Thursday.
An inquiry officer submitted the supplementary challan of the accused Raju Bheel and co-accused Mansingh Bheel, who was in judicial custody.
The men are accused of accompanying the henchmen of Mari when the kidnapped family was being shifted to an undisclosed location. Accused Manzoor Chandio and Shabbir Kaimkhani were shown as absconders under Section 512 of the CrPC.
The court ordered the shifting of the accused to the Mirpurkhas district prison. The inquiry officer told reporters that different teams had been constituted by the DIG Mirpurkhas to arrest the absconding men and recover the kidnapped family members of Mannu Bheel.
