KARACHI, Aug 25: The Arts Council, Karachi, has announced that Koocha-i-Saqafat, the cultural event held on Sundays on M. R. Kiyani Road, will not be held on Aug 26 owing to uncertain weather conditions.

Dug-up footpaths along the road has been cited as another reason for the disruption.
