ABBOTTABAD, Aug 23: The Comsats Institute of Information and Technology has organised an international conference on environment on August 26 and 27.

The conference ‘Environmentally Sustainable Development-2007’ is expected to be attended by about 100 prominent experts and researchers from different universities and organisations from Pakistan and abroad.

The experts will read papers followed by panel discussions on different topics relating to environment.

A total of 12 topics will be discussed with special attention on waste management and treatment, water conservation, management and development.
