ISLAMABAD, Aug 20: Pakistan's top female squash player Maria Toor edged past Laura Mylotte of Ireland 3-2 to reach quarter-finals of the Alexandria Open WISPA squash tournament in Egypt, according to the results available here on Monday.
World No 157 Maria defeated world No 46 Laura Mylotte 4-9, 9-5, 9-0, 3-9, 9-7 in a first round match of the main draw.
She will face world No 15 Engy Kheirallah of Egypt in the quarter final.—APP
