Gas kills two sanitary workers

By Our Correspondent

SARGODHA, Aug 17: Two sanitary workers died from poisonous gases when they were opening a choked sewer line on Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi Road.

The administration of a school hired sanitary workers Arif Masih and Rambo to open the sewer line, which was blocked after Thursday’s rain.

Rambo entered the line to clear it and cried for help soon after entering it. Arif jumped down to help him and both died inside the line.
