Jauhar new envoy to Bosnia

ISLAMABAD, Aug 13: The government on Monday announced the appointment of Jauhar Saleem as Pakistan’s ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mr Saleem had joined the foreign service on Oct 22, 1985 and held diplomatic assignment in Pakistani missions in Brasilia and Ankara in 1989-1999.

He also served at the headquarters as section officer and as deputy chief of protocol and director.

He has been serving as director general at the headquarters since Jan 2006.—Online
