Vietnam steps up reform
SINGAPORE, Aug 13: Vietnam will up the pace of reform and make transactions more transparent in a bid to further attract foreign investments, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said on Monday. “The government of Vietnam would like to affirm that we will seriously implement our commitments to the international community,” he said in a speech to Singapore-based business executives at the start of a two-day visit here.—AFP
