JACOBABAD, Aug 12: A woman was killed by her father-in-law in Bahoo Sabzoi village in the Kandhkot area on Sunday.
Hayat Khatoon was shot dead allegedly by Chakar Sabzoi in her home on the pretext of karo-kari. She died on the spot. Police took her body to Kandhkot hospital for autopsy. No FIR was lodged till the filing of this report.
POISONOUS FOOD: At least 13 members of a family fell unconscious when they consumed poisonous food in Moula Bux Khoso Village in the jurisdiction of Tangwani police station on Sunday.
Bashir Ahmed Khoso brought fish for his family and when they ate it in the evening, all of them fell unconscious.
They were rushed to Tangwani hospital and after receiving first aid, they were shifted to Kandhkot hospital.
The condition of two children was reported to be serious while 11 others were out of danger.
