JACOBABAD, Aug 10: Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Hafiz Attaullah Shaikh raided City Police Station here on Friday and got released three people. Tillan Jakhrani, cousin of arrested persons, filed an application in the court of District and Sessions Judge Jacobabad Khadim Hussain Tunio against illegal confinement of the three.

On the instructions of the sessions judge, the judicial magistrate raided the City Police Station and got released three people Riaz Ahmed, Abdul Karim and Johar — all belonging to Jakhrani tribe — and ordered them to attend on Saturday the Court of District and Sessions judge.

SHO City Ali Bux Dakhan told reporters that one Mehtab Shah informed at “15” Emergency Police Service about the dispute between him and arrested persons.

On the complaint of Mehtab Shah, the three were arrested and a pistol was recovered from their possession, he said.
