THATTA, Aug 5: A woman and an infant were killed and six other people were injured when a coaster rammed into a truck near Gujo on the National Highway on Sunday morning.

The occupants of the coaster, residents of Korangi, Karachi, were going to Keenjhar Lake, a popular picnic spot among Karachiites.

Those killed were identified as Benish, 32, and infant Ali Shah. Those injured included Razia, Azra, Bashiran, Zahoor, Shabana, Shahzad and Nasim.
