PESHAWAR, Aug 4: Corps Commander Lt-Gen Muhammad Masood Aslam visited the Field Firing Ranges Nowshera and witnessed troops engaged in the field firing exercise here on Saturday.

On arrival at the ranges, Corps Commander was received by Maj-Gen Muhammad Alam Khattak. He was given detailed briefing on the concept and conduct of the firing exercise.

The corps commander emphasised that vigorous and relentless training was the hallmark of soldiers’ preparedness to face the challenges of the global war of terrorism.

He urged the troops to enhance their professional worthiness to combat the renewed wave of violence in the NWFP and the Fata.—APP
