HYDERABAD, July 30: Regular classes for morning and evening programmes at all teaching centres, institutes and departments will commence from August 1, said the Registrar University of Sindh, Mohammad Saleh Rajar, here on Monday.

Transport section had finalised arrangements and teaching departments began setting up classes, display of class and practical schedule at each centre, institute and department.

The provosts of boys and girls hostel had completed repairs, white wash, sanitation, electrical and water arrangements. Students had been advised to regularly attend their classes to fulfil the required attendance.

Date Extended

The University of Sindh has extended date to submit forms for admission to professional diploma in rural development up to August 4, at the centre for Rural Development Communication.

Admission forms can be obtained on prescribed fee from the HBL Jamshoro and Old Campus Hyderabad branches. Test for admission to professional diploma in the Rural Development Communication will be conducted at the CRDC on August 9.

SSC-II results

Controller of Examinations, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Hyderabad has announced the result of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part-II (class-X) General group annual examination 2007.

According to result sheet, among boys, Jam Shah s/o Bhalley Dino Shah, seat No. 98201 of the Govt Higher Secondary School Sann district Jamshoro secured first position by obtaining 694 marks, while Mohammad Hanif, s/o Mohammad Suleman, seat No.98373 of the Govt Higher Secondary School Jati district Thatta bagged second position by obtaining 686 marks.

Third position was shared by Ghulam Akbar s/o Ghulam Mohammad, seat No. 98330 of the Govt High School Mirpur Bathoro district Thatta, Hakim Ali s/o Allah Dino, seat No. 98216 of the Govt High School Bubak district Jamshoro, Syed Gul Mohammad Shah s/o Syed Murad Ali Shah, seat No. 98208 of the Govt High School Bhan Saeedabad district Jamshoro and Al Karim s/o Anwar Ali, seat No. 97858 of the Govt High School Fauji Sugar Mill Tando Mohammad Khan by obtaining 680 marks.

Among girl students, Nusrat d/o Malook, seat No. 98087 of the Govt High School 5-Miles Sakrand bagged first position by obtaining 680 marks while Razia d/o Ghulam Ali, seat No.98219 of the Govt High School Bubak district Jamshoro secured second position by obtaining 663 marks.

Third position was secured by Zubeda d/o Mohammad Ismail, seat No. 97524 of the Govt High School Halepota by obtaining 660 marks.
