KARACHI, July 21: The Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) has warned citizens not to become involved in any dealings with Victoria Housing Project as it has no legal status and legal action is being initiated against it.

In a statement issued here on Saturday, a KBCA spokesman said that it is necessary to get an NoC before the construction of buildings, bungalows and projects on land falling under the jurisdiction of the city government, adding that no approval or NoC had been obtained in the case of this project. The KBCA has warned citizens to deal with the said party at their own risk.—PPI
