KARACHI, July 18: Four ships carrying crude oil and containers are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Thursday, according to KPT sources. Five ships, Jitra Bhum, APL Sokhna, Harmony to unload and load containers African Princess to offload steel and swat to unload crude oil were berthed after the departure of as many.

The ships, which departed included Oel Shreyas, Iran Shahryar, Wadi al-Rayan and Johar, while Corin Thaikos, Harmony, Nordana Andrea, APL Sokhna, Royal Emerald and Swat are due to sail out on Thursday.

The cargo handling activity at the wharves showed a modest expansion as the total tonnage rose o 91,374 tons from the previous average of 70,000 tons comprising 20,685 tons of export cargo and 70,689 tons of import tonnage.

The following ships are due on Thursday: Lalazar with crude oil, Y.M Fortune, Hyundai Highway and Eric G. Gibson with containers.
