KARACHI, July 16: Four ships carrying containers, furnace oil and iron ore were accommodated berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Monday Meanwhile, three more container ships also arrived at the outer anchorage. A total of six ships, Sima Pride, Finland, Pacheco, Mcco, Frontier Express and Hamburg Harmon, were busy in loading and unloading containers, cement, diesel oil and iron ore.A cargo volume of 90,124 tons comprising 74,212 tons of import and 15,912 tons of export tonnage was handled.

Sailings were brisk as Sima Pride, Pride, Pacheo, Al-Macwa and Oriental Miho left the port.
