Four injured in explosions


QUETTA, July 15: Four people, including a woman, were seriously injured in two bomb explosions on Sunday.

Police sources said unidentified people attacked with a hand-grenade the house of an instructor of a technical training centre in Baloch Colony of the Khuzdar township. Mr Abdul Hameed, the instructor, and his wife were injured, while the explosion damaged their house.

Some suspects have been taken into custody for questioning.

In the other incident, two people were injured in a bomb blast in Marri Bazar in Kohlu. Police said the explosive device was fixed on a bicycle parked at roadside. Abdul Khaliq and Noor Ahmed were injured in the explosion.—Staff Correspondent
