NAWABSHAH, July 15: It started raining in the evening on Sunday in Nawabshah, Dadu, Naushahro Feroze and their adjoining towns and villages.

The rains were accompanied by lightning and lack of electricity, which made the movement difficult for motorists and people in the streets.
