KARACHI, July 13: Four vessels carrying containers, crude oil and to load cement are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Saturday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was modest where five ships, Iran Hesabi, Hyundai Sprinter to unload and load containers, Wilma to offload and load general cargo, Afamia to load cement and Lady Jasmine, an oil tanker were berthed.

Two ships, Oel Trust and Y.M. Moon departed, while Lucky Arrow, Oel Spirit and Wilma are due to sail out on Saturday.

A total tonnage of 62,820 tons comprising 23,881 tons of export cargo and 38,939 tons of import tonnage was handled on Friday.

The following ships are due on Saturday: Rose with crude oil, Zhong Hu-7 to load 7,200 tons of ethanol, Corin Thaikos with containers and Al-Abdullah to load 5,200 tons of cement.
