Pulses, cement prices up

LAHORE, July 11: An increase in the prices of cement and pulses was announced on Wednesday. The price of a 100kg bag of maash pulse has increased from Rs5,600 to Rs6,000, masoor from Rs3,940 to Rs4,050, masoor pulse from Rs4,600 to Rs4,700, black gram from Rs3,100 to Rs3,200, moong pulse from Rs4,800 to Rs5,000 and gram pulse from Rs3,100 to Rs3,250. Cement prices have increased from Rs180 to Rs190 a bag after a meeting of cement companies on Tuesday.
