PSB to organise training camps

LAHORE, July 9: The Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) will organise a 21-day long U-16 summer training camps in the discipline of athletics and boxing at its coaching centre on Ferozepur Road from July 14.

A spokesman of the coaching centre said that a training plan on scientific basis had been prepared to coach the upcoming talented players in the camp. He said students would have to prove their age by providing school certificates.

Every student will be paid Rs 30 per day during the training camp.

After conclusion of the camp, PSB will award merit certificates to all participants, having 80 percent attendance. T. shirts will also be awarded to the best two players of each discipline.
