KARACHI, July 4: Upcoming tennis player Syed Zuhair Raza stormed into the quarter-final of ATF U-14 tournament when he whipped a Jordanian opponent at Damascus, Syria, on Wednesday.

According to information reaching here, he edged out a local player in the opening round match to reach the pre quarter-finals.

Zuhair, who is ranked 15th in Asia in the U-14 category, is drawn to meet a Japanese player in the last eight.
