Inter-OIC Trade

KARACHI, July 4: The Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) is launching a Business Owners Association (BOA) in 14 Islamic countries, including Pakistan, to encourage inter-OIC trade.

In this regard, assistant secretary general ICCI Abdulmohsen Hassan Linjawi who is visiting Pakistan to introduce BOA to Pakistani businessmen, has held a meeting with the members of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI). In his presentation, he said the BOA will give a privilege, in addition to other benefits, to get visa exemption certificate and travelling cards to members. The travelling card will provide a right to businessmen to travel member Islamic countries without visa, he added. —APP
