Road accident leaves 4 dead

KHANEWAL, June 30: Four passengers were killed while another injured in a road accident here on Saturday near Village 17-AH, Makhdoompur, on Pahoran Road. A Faisalabad-bound bus collided with a motorcycle-rickshaw. Four rickshaw passengers were killed on the spot. They were dentified Javaid, Muhammad Aslam, Khursheed and Manzooran Bibi.

The injured, Naikan Bibi, was shifted to Khanewal DHQ Hospital from where she was referred to Nishtar Hospital in Multan.

The bus driver managed his escape. No case had been registered till the filing of the report. — Correspondent
