KARACHI, June 29: Amjad Ali and Abdul Nasir were re-elected president and secretary respectively of Karachi City District Amateur Basketball Association (KCDABA) for a second successive term in the quadrennial elections held on Thursday.

Besides the office bearers, selection committee and referees board were also formed apart from appointing the co-ordinators.

Former international Iqbal Ahmed (Shehenshah) supervised the elections as convener.

Office bearers: Amjad Ali(president), A. Rashid Butt (senior vice-president), Noorul Abedin, Abid Iftikhar ((vice-presidents), Abdul Nasir (secretary), Tariq Hussain (associate secretary) and Javed Akhter (treasurer). The six-member executive committee consists of M. Idris, Zahid Malik, Salim Qureshi, Zafar Iqbal, M. Afzal and Amin Pasha.

Selection committee: A. Rashid Butt, Raza Agha, M. Idris and Zafar Iqbal.; Referees Board: Tariq Hussain, Ahsanullah, Ghulam Mohammad and Aamir Sharif; Co-ordinators: Abdul Nasir (south), Abid Iftikhar (Malir), M. Idris (central), Raza Agha (east) and Zafar Iqbal (west).
