KARACHI, June 23: Berthing was active as two container ships, Ningbo and Sima Pars, were accommodated berths at QICT during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Saturday.

A total of five ships were busy in loading and offloading containers, cement, edible oil and furnace oil.

Cargo handling was brisk at the wharves where a total tonnage of 80,982 tons comprising 55,553 tons of import and 25,429 tons of export cargo was handled.

Sailings were active as. London Senator, Sima, Pars, Daris and Grigoroussa-1 left the port.
