KARACHI, June 22: Three ships to load and offload containers and furnace oil were accommodated berths at QICT and Fotco terminal during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Friday.

Meanwhile, four more ships carrying containers and diesel oil also arrived at the outer anchorage. Five ships, Saudi Hofuf, London Senator, Al-Mansourah, Doris and Grigoroussa-I, were busy in loading and unloading containers, cement, edible oil and furnace oil.

A cargo volume of 57,391 tons comprising 48,710 tons of import and 8,681 tons of export tonnage was handled.

Sailing was active as Capt. George-L and Saudi Hofuf left the port, while London Senator and Daris were due to depart.
