SUKKUR, June 18: Two people were killed while five, including groom injured in a road accident at the Sindh-Punjab border on the National Highway on Sunday. A bus carrying marriage party from Muhammad Ali Arain village to Ahmedpur Lama a village in Punjab went out of control near Daharki as its tie-rod broke away.

Deceased were identified as Chaudhry Naseer and Chaudhry Nasrullah and the injured Sajid (groom), Allah Ditta, Manzoor, Abdul Sattar and Waheed.

All were shifted to the Rahim Yar Khan Hospital.—APP
