KOHAT, June 14: Women protesters blocked a road in Chakarkot area of Kohat city for two hours against water shortage and power outage in their area on Wednesday.
They were chanting slogans against the government, Wapda and district nazim along with a few councillors from the area who came out in their support.
They peacefully ended their protest after a Wapda official assured them of uninterrupted supply of electricity and water to the affected localities.—Correspondent
