KARACHI, June 13: While creating an embarrassing scenario, a scuffle broke out between a press photographer and personnel of media partner of the 23rd Asian Snooker Championship outside the venue on Wednesday.

After the conclusion of Alok Kumar versus Mohammad Yousuf match the photographer concerned, of a news agency, and his colleague were standing near table 4 when they were barred by a staffer of the media partner not to proceed further for taking photographs.

This led to a hot exchange of words between them inside the venue and they came out to teach lesson to each other.

The organisers and the hotel management intervened as the corridor outside the venue presented a nasty picture.

Table 4 has been declared as a ‘no-go’ area for rival channels and photographers.
