Three had their heads smashed

LAHORE, June 6: Three more people sustained head injuries when unidentified people attacked them with heavy objects in two different incidents in Chuhng on Tuesday night. In the first incident, Usman and Shahid, both around 25 years old, were sleeping at their nursery at Shah Kot bridge on Multan Road had their heads smashed with heavy objects.

They were admitted to the Jinnah Hospital.

In the other incident, security guard Agar Khan, 55, was asleep at the plot of district nazim Mian Aamer Mahmood on Multan Road when he was attacked.

The injured was rushed to the Jinnah Hospital where his condition was stated to be critical.

MURDER: A youth allegedly killed his 25-year-old friend and injured his sister in Nishtar Colony on Wednesday.

Police said Suhail and accused Sarfraz were close friends. They visited the house of Mumtaz, the sister of Sarfraz and decided to spend night there.

Sarfraz saw Suhail with his sister in a compromising position and became furious. He opened fire on them, killing Suhail on the spot and injuring his sister seriously.

A 27-year-old youth was stabbed to death over a minor issue in Faisal Town on Wednesday.
