JAC slams ban on Imran

By Our Reporter

LAHORE, May 29: The Joint Action Committee for People’s Rights has condemned the ban on entry of Pakistan Tehrik-I-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan in Karachi and the subsequent restriction imposed on his movement by the Punjab government.

Condemning the ban in a statement issued here on Tuesday, JAC convener Shahtaj Qazalbash said the government had condoned the life threats issued by Muttahida Qaumi Movement to the PTI chief and ban on his entry in Karachi because it was using violent elements for achieving its political ends.
