KARACHI, May 25: The Sindh High Court on Friday announced the transfers and postings of various judges, some of them promoted, with immediate effect.

It was notified that Additional District and Sessions Judge (South) Ghulam Mustafa G. Memon was transferred and posted as District and Session Judge, Kashmore at Kandhkot replacing Saleem Jan Khan. Additional District and Session Judge, (Central) Imdad Hussain Khoso was transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge Shahdadkhot at Kamber against a vacant post.

Sindh High Court Inspection Team Secretary Senior Civil Judge Mrs Romana Siddiqui was transferred and posted as Additional District and Session Judge (Malir) replacing Ms Ameena Nazeer Ansari.

Senior Civil Judge (South) Jehangir Ahmed Dayo was transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions

Judge (West) against a vacant post at Court-V.

Senior Civil Judge (South) Mrs Rana Zaki Shamsi was transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge (East) against a vacant post at Court-II.

Senior Civil Judge Khalid Tipu Rana was posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge (South) replacing Ghulam Mustafa G. Memon.

Additional District and Sessions Judge (Central) Mrs Naseem Manzoor was transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge (East) against a vacant post at Court-1.

Additional District and Sessions Judge (South) Mrs Sher Bano Karim was transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge (West) replacing Ms. Ghulshan Ara Chandio.

Additional District and Sessions Judge (West) Ms Ghulshan Ara Chandio was transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge (Central) replacing Mrs Shamim Akhtar Saduzai.

Additional District and Sessions Judge (Central) Shamim Akhtar Sadozai was transferred and posted Additional District and Sessions Judge (South) replacing Mrs Sher Bano Karim.

Meanwhile, the Sindh High Court has imposed Minor Penalty of Censure prescribed under Rule 4 (1a) (i) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 1973 upon Additional District and Sessions Judge (West) Ms Nighat Sultana, who is now posted at District East.
