Bee causes fatal accident

TOBA TEK SINGH, May 19: A bee caused a road accident as a result of others were which a man died and two injured seriously on Toba-Pirmahal Road near Dabanwala canal bridge, some four kilometres from here, on Saturday.

A pick-up loaded with melons was coming from Pirmahal to Toba. When it reached near Chak 296 GB, a bee entered into the shirt of the driver and stung him. He lost control over the speeding vehicle which rammed into a roadside tree.

Three people sitting on the roof of the pick up suffered injuries. Ali Hasan succumbed to his injuries in hospital while Asghar and Adeel were admitted in critical condition.
