HYDERABAD, May 18: The Second Additional District Judge, Amjad Ali Bohyo, on Friday sentenced to death a man convicted of murdering a woman. The case was lodged against Noor Mohammad Chandio after murder of Rukhsana Chandio on July 15,1996 in the jurisdiction of Tando Mohammad Khan police station.
The case was lodged by deceased's father. The murder was the result of a family dispute.
Meanwhile, the Fifth Additional District Judge on Friday exonerated two accused, Shaddo and Shankar in a murder case, lodged with the Pyaro Lund police under sections 302, 337A(i), F(i) and 34 PPC on the complaint of Rav Ji.
