KARACHI, May 15: The Karachi Electricity Supply Corporation and the Sui Southern Gas Company announced that the last date for payment of bills had been extended.
The KESC has allowed the payment of electricity bills on or before May 17 instead of May 14 without late payment charges. A KESC spokesman said on Tuesday that banks and post offices had been informed accordingly.
According to a press release issued by the SSGC, the due date of gas bills falling between 12th and 14th May (both inclusive) is extended to May 17 due to prevailing situation in city.— APP/PPI
