WTO talks
PARIS, May 15: WTO director general Pascal Lamy said on Tuesday that talks on freeing world trade are not blocked but are progressing. “There is no deadlock any more – it’s moving maybe not to the sort of speed that we would like to see but it is moving,” Lamy said at a Paris forum of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development.—AFP
