LAHORE, May 10: Opener Imran Farhat, who was reported for misbehaviour by the selection committee on Tuesday over his exclusion from the team, was called up by PCB Director Cricket Operations, Zakir Khan on Thursday for a hearing.

While the sources said that Imran had apologised to the board official by saying that the incident was the result of a heated moment and he did not do anything with malafide intention, Zakir told reporters that he was not in a position to comment on the hearing. He, however, added that PCB would issue a press release about the incident on Friday.
