GUJRANWALA, May 8: Three people, including a medicine company employee, were killed while two others injured in a collision between a car and a truck near Sadhoki on GT Road on Monday night.

The employees of the medicine company were going to Lahore by a car (HV-677) from Gujranwala. When they reached near Khot village, the car driver tried to overtake a truck. In the meantime their vehicle collided head-on with a wood laden truck as a result of which Inayat, truck driver Hanif and conductor Mushtaq were killed on the spot, while car riders Fazalur Rehman and Rafiq suffered injuries. They were taken to the DHQ hospital in critical condition.
