By Our Correspondent

QUETTA, May 7: Two Frontier Corps soldiers suffered injuries when their water-carrying donkey hit a landmine near a gas field in Pir Koh area of the Dera Bugti district on Monday, official sources said.

The injured, identified as Abdul Manan and Mohammad Hanif, were taken to Sui hospital. The donkey died in the blast.

Meanwhile, armed men attacked the camp of a construction company in the Pat Feeder area in Jaffarabad killing one worker and wounding another.

Sources said that the company was working on widening Pat Feeder near RD-238. The attackers kidnapped three employees, including a driver whom they later killed. Workers at the camp refused to continue work until security arrangements were improved.
