By Nisar Ahmed Khan

MANSEHRA, May 6: At least 18 people were feared dead and nine others injured when a Lahore-bound coach fell into a deep ravine in the Gilyat area, some 65km from here, on Sunday night, police said.

About 27 people were on board the coach going to Lahore via Murree after visiting the shrine of Peer Tanaka in Mansera when the vehicle fell into the ravine near Chatri Mor in Gilyat. Police said eight bodies had been retrieved and a rescue operation was under way. The injured were shifted to the Civil Hospital in Murree.
