SHIKARPUR, May 4: Eighth class student Nazeer Ahmed Jogi was kidnapped from Chak town on Thursday and his father Ghulam Hussain Jogi suspected the son’s friend of involvement in the kidnapping.

Reports reaching here said that Mr Jogi approached the father of his son’s friend Manzoor Ahmed Shah and requested him to help recover his son but he was turned away.

No FIR had been registered because of a dispute over the jurisdiction of two police stations - Chak and Bachal Bhayo police stations.
