QUETTA, April 27: Activists of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam (Fazl) took out processions in Quetta city and Hub town on Friday to condemn the rocket firing incident on the residence of their party chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in Dera Ismail Khan.

The activists led by MNA Maulana Noor Muhammad took out a procession from Jamia Masjid after Friday prayers and assembled at Meezan chowk.

A rally led by JUI-F Lasbela Amir Maulana Muhammad Yaqoob Sasoli was taken out in Hub bazaar.

The JUI-F activists strongly condemned the rocket firing incident and said that such terrorist acts would not frighten party members from carrying on with their struggle.

They said that if the culprits involved were not arrested, then the party, in collaboration with other religious parties, would expand its struggle against the government.
