KARACHI, April 23: Seven ships including a car carrier are due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Tuesday, according to KPT sources.

Berthing activity at the wharves was active where eight ships, Bunga Delima, Iran Sattari, Orient Independence, Ever Govern, Aka Bhum and Wadi al-Rayan to unload and load containers, Song Shan to offload general cargo and Lalazar to unload crude oil were berthed.

Sailing was also active as seven vessels, Oel Esteem, Global Union, Oel Victory, Bunga Delima, Cosmic Challenger, Iran Sattari and Andino Park departed on Monday. While Aka Bhum, Wadi al-Rayan, Sinar Bali, Haje Khereh and Lady Sama are due to sail out on Tuesday.

During the last two days a total tonnage of 0.193m tons comprising 62,639 tons of export cargo and 0.130m tons of import tonnage was handled.

The following ships are due on Tuesday: Nyzden, APL Sokhna, Calvin P. Titus, Corin Thaikos and Harmony with containers and Nova Sea with 23 cars.
