KARACHI, April 21: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement has expanded its supreme body, the Coordination Committee, by adding to it five members.

Federal Minister for Ports and Shipping Babar Khan Ghauri, Provincial Minister Mohammad Adil Siddiqui, Adviser to the Chief Minister Ashfaq Mangi, Nek Mohammad and Dr Asim Raza are the new members of the committee.

In an another development, Ishaq Falastini as been appointed in-charge of the party’s organizing committee.

The decision was taken at a meeting held simultaneously in London and Karachi. MQM chief Altaf Hussain also endorsed the decision. The committee’s strength is 25, nine of them in London. — Staff Reporter
