Sialkot hails Shoaib

SIALKOT, April 20: - The newly appointed captain of Pakistan cricket team, Shoaib Malik, was accorded a warm welcome upon his arrival in his native city Sialkot, for the first time after being made the skipper of Pakistan. A large number of cricket lovers and people of Sialkot garlanded him.

Talking to newsmen at his Sialkot Cantt residence, today, Shoaib vowed to make all out sincere efforts to make Pakistan cricket team as hard to beat, besides, regaining Pakistan’s status as best team in the world of cricket.

He said that there is no doubt to say that Pakistan is enriched with great natural cricketing talent.

He said that the selection of the best players was in progress for the Pakistan cricket team under the supervision of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). He said that the PCB was striving for bringing team spirit in Pakistan cricket. He said that Pakistan team would not disappoint the nation again.

“The son of soil of Sialkot” Shoaib Malik said that he would come up to the expectations of the Pakistani nation. He said that the new talent would also be inducted into the Pakistan cricket team.
