Lanka beat NZ
SRI Lanka beat New Zealand by six wickets in their World Cup Super Eights match against New Zealand at the Grenada National Stadium here on Thursday.
Scores: New Zealand 219 for 7 (50 overs); Sri Lanka 222 for 4 (45.1 overs).
Sanath Jayasuriya put on 100 for the second wicket with Sangakarra. Jayasuriya scored 64 off 80 balls.—AFP
