SHIKARPUR, April 12: Five people were killed and two sustained injuries in a clash involving Marfanis, Qambranis, Bakhranis and Brohis tribes in the Golodaro police station area on Thursday over an old feud that has so far claimed more than 100 lives.
Reports reaching here said that some armed men belonging to the Bakhrani, Qambrani and Brohi tribes attacked Salar Marfani village with automatic weapons and in the ensuing exchange of fire Ghulam Marfani, Bhooro Marfani, Mehboob Bakhrani, Qasim Bakhrani and Dildar Bakhrani were killed.
