KARACHI: Control room established


KARACHI, March 31: Home Department, Government of Sindh on Saturday established a Control Room at its main office to monitor law and order situation during Eid Milad-un-Nabi (Pbuh).

According to a handout, the Control Room will work round the clock under the control of Additional Secretary (Law Enforcement).

The Home Department has requested that all information regarding law and order situation in all districts of Sindh be sent to the Control Room on 021-9213410, 9213420 and 9211122.

AMBULANCE CENTRE: The Sindh branch of Pakistan Red Crescent Society has set up a first aid-cum-ambulance centre at Old Numaish on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (Pbuh).

Medical staff, paramedics, trained volunteers and fully equipped ambulances with medical emergency facilities would be ready to meet any emergency situation at the centre.—PPI
